Who processes the data

What you provide

The enquiry form asks only for what a manager needs in order to reply:

• Name
• Phone number or email address
• Arrival and departure dates
• Number of guests and the purpose of the trip
• The language you prefer to be contacted in
• A comment, if you choose to leave one

What is recorded automatically

When the form is submitted the server keeps the IP address for one purpose only: limiting how often the form can be sent and filtering out automated submissions. The web server keeps an ordinary access log of page, time and browser type. The site sets no cookies and carries no analytics counters, advertising pixels or external scripts.

Why the data is needed

The only purpose is to contact you, check availability, calculate the price and confirm the terms of your visit. The data is not used for mailings or advertising.

On what basis

The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@shohambari.tj. Processing follows the personal data legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Health information

The form does not ask for information about your health, diagnoses or treatment, and there is no need to send any through the site. Indications and prescriptions are discussed with a doctor in person.

Who the data goes to

An enquiry reaches a member of the sanatorium's staff, who will contact you. Nothing is passed to advertising platforms, analytics services or other third parties, except where the law expressly requires it.

How long the data is kept

Enquiry data is kept while the correspondence is running and for no more than a year after it ends, then deleted. Web server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your rights

Write to info@shohambari.tj and you will have a reply within 30 days. You may:

• Obtain a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Ask for your data to be deleted
• Withdraw your consent
• Find out who your data has been shared with

How the data is protected

The site runs over HTTPS, so everything you type into the form is transmitted encrypted. Only the staff who handle enquiries have access to them.
