The sanatorium regularly houses participants of international competitions and forums, and publishes a report on each such stay.

The sanatorium was platinum sponsor of the Asian Road and Para Cycling Championships “Dushanbe 2022”, held from 25 to 30 March, and hosted guests from 30 countries. During the race week it received David Lappartient, president of the Union Cycliste Internationale.
Judo, 2024 and 2025
Teams from 67 countries prepared at the sanatorium for the Junior World Judo Championships in Dushanbe. In 2024 and 2025 it housed competitors and official delegations of the Dushanbe Grand Slam.
Mixed martial arts, 2022
The sanatorium helped host the Asian Amateur MMA Championship, held on 27–30 October in Dushanbe with more than 500 guests and competitors from 20 countries.
Forums and conferences
In August 2022 the grounds hosted the international tourism forum “Tajikistan, land of healing waters”, after which memoranda were signed with partners from Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The sanatorium has also taken part in the DITE exhibition in Dushanbe.
