How it runs
The sanatorium describes it this way: the large intestine is filled with water or a herbal infusion and emptied several times over, at a pressure no higher than 100 millibars. A session takes 25–45 minutes and uses 20–25 litres of water; a full course is 3–5 sessions one to three days apart.
